Serving the Triangle for over 30 years, La Residence Restaurant and Bar is a historical building located in downtown Chapel Hill. Situated just blocks from UNC and Franklin Street, we are within walking distance of several downtown ceremony sites and hotels.
Featuring formal indoor dining rooms, adjoining rose gardens, and a spacious temperature controlled brick patio, we offer space for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, after parties, bridal luncheons, and more.
